Preparing For Our Virtual Meeting

Doing just a bit of homework will ensure the meeting is successful, brief, and ends with an estimate.

1. Watch our process video here:
2. Measure your floor
   • Width, Length
   • If applicable measure:
     • Verticals (exposed concrete at the bottom of walls) - height and length
     • Foundation
     • Apron
3. Clear as much floor as you can so we can see during the walkthrough. Especially clear areas where you know there are cracks or damages.

During Our Virtual Meeting

Review and Walkthrough

Our call will last between 10-30 minutes, depending on the size of the area and how well you did with your homework above :). Here is what we'll do during the call:

• Recap about us and product from the Process Video
• Talk about your needs and wants
• Walkthrough of the area/s in question
• Answer all your questions

End of the call

• You will get your estimates
• You will get a walkthrough of the onboarding process
• Schedule a quick (10min) in-home visit:
  • So you can see and select the color
  • We can measure moisture content and concrete hardness
